Click Websites and Domains tab.

Click Databases.

Click Add New Database.

Enter the database name, select type and database server.

Click OK.

Database is created, now assign at least one user who has the permission to access it.

Click Add new database user.

Enter Username, password and confirm password.

Click OK.
That’s it.
