Click Mail tab.

Click Mailing List.

If mailing service is switch off first click switch on the service.

Click Create Mailing List.

Type list address in mailing list address.

If you have several domains, select one for which the list should be created.

Enter the further details like administrator’s email, password, subscribers etc.

Click OK.
That’s it.
