Click Customers in left menu.

Click on existing customer.

Click Suspend icon to suspend an account.

Click on Activate button to reactivate a suspended account.
To activate or suspend a subscription

Click Subscriptions in left menu.

Select a subscription .

Go to more actions tab.

Click Suspend.

To reactivate the suspended subscription, select it.

Go to more actions tab.

Choose Activate tab.
