Folder: A folder is used to add the new files in that. If we have the files we want to put separately than we can create the folder.

Steps (Create Folders):-
- Click Mail tab in top menu.
- Click the Folders icon in top menu.
- Under Folder Navigator, choose action from drop down menu.
- Select Create Folder option under this menu.
- Enter the name of the folder.
- Click OK.
That’s it. The new folder has been created.
