Highlight Messages: Sometimes we need to highlight the important messages in our inbox. To check them quickly we highlight them so that they can have some attentions of the users.

Steps (Highlight Messages):-
- Click Option icon in top menu.
- Click Message Highlighting link.
- Opened page will show the Message Highlighting for a particular name of person.
- If No highlighting is defined then click New to define it.
- Enter the Identifying Name.
- Select the color.
- Enter the Matches Name of a person that you want to highlight.
- Click Submit Button.
- If you want to add new highlighted message follow the above mentioned steps.
- Once done with adding highlighted message, click Done button.
- Click Inbox button in left menu to verify these steps.
That’s it. You have successfully highlighted the messages.
