Password protect a directory: You can limit access to certain resources of your website by password protecting the directories they are in.

Steps (Password protect a directory):-
- Click the Password Protect Directories under Security section.
- Select the directory that you want to password protected.
- Then enable the security settings by name as well as clicking on that checkbox.
- And save it.
In this way, we successfully passwordprotect a directory.
